Heath Robinson’s Black Rose

I am posting this up here because there is some controversy about this strain, and whether or not this is the legit strain or not.

I haven’t ever had the pleasure of smoking the Black Rose but it does look good so I won’t comment on the controversy.  From what I can gather Heath Robinson’s seeds are being sold on the Highlifeseeds site with his knowledge and approval.  I can’t guarantee it, its the internet.  Anyway for those who are interested find the Black Rose here:  http://www.highlifeseeds.com/Black-Rose.php

From the site:

Black Rose by Heath Robinson is an interesting variety with its genetics coming from carefully selected breeding.

In California there are many different varieties such as Purple Sativa, “the Purps” & Californian orange of course. These strain are as interesting as much for their colours as for their fruity tastes & zingy highs

Black rose belongs to the “purple family” of cannabis strains,  these plants are called purple even if they are lightly coloured e.g. light pink or light violet, contrary to the Black Rose ones which are sometimes almost black . Unlike other purple strains, temperature  does not play a role in the colour definition of the Beautiful Black Rose.

Black Rose has a healthy dose of the Shiva Skunk characteristics, genetics and growth patterns. It is easy to cultivate and finishes flowering to perfection in 9 to 10 weeks although can be harvested sooner.

Its has a very high THC for a “purp”content being around 18.07% and CBD 0.53.

Black Rose gives the smoker a energetically cerebral high, perfect for enjoying the great outdoors or for partying & clubbing with your friends, and obviously the strong purple is a welcome bonus!
