Garberville Dispensary Gets Conditional Use Permit

This is kind of ironic, the area around Garberville (So Humboldt and Mendocino) probably has as much pot as anywhere else on earth.  But this is the first legal dispensary.  🙂

“Southern Humboldt is one giant step closer to opening its first medical marijuana dispensary.

Last Thursday, March 3, the Humboldt County Planning Commission approved a conditional use permit for the Redwood Legacy and Grass Nursery Collective to operate a “nursery and distribution facility” on the site of the former Garberville Health Club.”
