CONCORD (CBS) — The high-profile commander for the Central Contra Costa Narcotics Enforcement Team – a task force of various police agencies – was arrested Wednesday on felony charges of drug dealing, authorities told KPIX-TV in San Francisco.

Special Agent Supervisor Norman Wielsch, a 12-year veteran of the California Department of Justice’s Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement, was being held in the Contra Costa County Jail following his arrest.

    officers in fremont that are connected to various task forces are invloved in similar crimes as co. co. county including implanting humans with devices being used for things such thought reading[sub-vocals] ,mind manipulation[voice to skull a.k.a bone mics] and different implants used to cause pain nervousness and other levels of discomfort.i have been under attack for ten years now and am being denied legal aide and medical discovery byfremont police dept. i am also the son of a retired police officer. iam willing to speak to any interested persons.
