Witchi-Tai-To Jim Pepper

Witchi-Tai-To Jim Pepper

Here is the version of “witchi-tai-to” that I do.  The composer was
Jim Pepper, this was performed by diverse groups like Brewer and
Shipley sort of a hippie anthem at the time.

the below lyrics are phonetic and they may not be the exact original
as composed….

chords are c-g-f-g starts and then c-f alternate during the singing

have a peaceful day,
Bill

WITCHI TAI TO
J. Pepper

Witchi tai to kimera bulrunico bulrunico
Hey hey hey hey noa
Witchi tai to kimera bulrunico bulrunico
Hey hey hey hey noa
What a  spirit’s spring is bringin round my head
Makes me feel glad that I’m not dead

Witchi tai to kimera bulrunico bulrunico
Hey hey hey hey noa
Witchi tai to kimera bulrunico bulrunico
Hey hey hey hey noa

Witchi tai to kimera bulrunico bulrunico
Hey hey hey hey noa
Witchi tai to kimera bulrunico bulrunico
Hey hey hey hey noa
What a  spirit’s spring is bringin round my head
Makes me feel glad that I’m not dead

Witchi tai to kimera bulrunico bulrunico
Hey hey hey hey noa
Witchi tai to kimera bulrunico bulrunico
Hey hey hey hey noa

  1. Actually, the changes are these:
    D (4 beats) D/C (4 beats) Bm7 (4 beats) Bbmaj7 (8 beats)
    Bm7 (2 beats) A7 (2 beats)

The cycle repeats like that through verse and chorus.
