“Just hours before the state’s legislative session ended Tuesday, the California Assembly voted to approve SB 1449, Sen. Mark Leno’s bill to fully decriminalize simple marijuana possession. The bill passed the Senate in June and now goes to Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s desk.”

This is a good idea decriminalization – the issue with the fact is that it’s a crime, because that is waht makes it against the law. In fact of legalization it would be nice and I don’t see the reason it wouldn’t be. This has been a topic for years and has slowly gotten into the process decriminalization is the next step before legalization.

Seems to me, there’s a fine line between “Legalization” and “decrimialization.”
A grey area, as it were.
The latter, should this become the case, still leaves us with the Feds raiding whoever they want. I have a dark suspicion that if California does legalize pot in November – the Feds are still going to be breaking people’s chops!
When you look at this situation it’s still a Catch 22 no matter what we do.

accountants will drop from choppers if this trash in nov is “passed” by “voters”- mostly I see a takeover by government of an industry- vote NO unless they release all prisoners, release all liens on Persons who “owe’ money to the “authorities” that captured them, and they must disband any and all persons who partook in crimes against Sovereign Americans- all MET Teams will surrender their weapons to Sovereign Citizens and leave the state within 24 hours.
