One Response to “Obsidian Butte – Guadalupe Victoria Swarm (Border Area)”

  1. I’ve been closely following the recent earthquakes and microquakes in the southern california area. If you view the maps on the usgs.gov website, you’ll notice that there is a large area of the San Andreas Fault area that has not had any appreciable quakes in the last week to ten days. I’m referring to the area from just south east of Bakersfield, to near Pasa Robles to SE of Bakerfield. I would have to think that there is immense pressure building up in that area, and would not be surprised if we didn’t have a large slip in that area in the near future.
