Is it just me or do most PSAs tend to have the opposite of the desired effect on their audience? It doesn’t matter whether you’re a pothead or not. These anti-marijuana PSAs are so bad you’ll consider lighting up out of spite.

. Talking Dog- Okay, who in their right mind wouldn’t want their dog to talk to them? Then again, if he’s going to be giving you a guilt trip about partaking every once in a while, maybe you’d rather he stick to barking.
