And where in the world does he get off taking down Charlie Swanson’s memorial and replacing it with one of his stupid “inspirational” pictures. He is not fit to polish Charlie’s shoes.

“So Batman, is it really true that the Emperor Chief is riding the coattails of Interim Chief Harpham’s accomplishments?

Why Robin, yes it is. For those not in the know, The Emperor Chief took credit - at a recent Council meeting - for doing away with mail in reports (that program went away within Interim Chief Harpham’s first month in office), or that he was responsible for removing Terry Liles from SWAT (refer to the garr fish’s Times Standard article of old) - he was removed LONG before the Emperor chief even applied for the job.
Or how about his claim of getting EPD and mental health to work together - a project which was initiated by Chief Douglas and completed by Interim Chief Harpham.
